Academic/Industry Research Needs (Survey Request)

The Center for Information-Development Management (CIDM), directed by JoAnn Hackos, has just launched an exciting Academic/Industry Research Initiative. The goals of this initiative include the following:

  • identifying and prioritizing research needs of the information development community
  • funding research projects that address those needs
  • connecting academic researchers with organizations interested in sponsoring research projects

The CIDM has already conducted a preliminary survey of research needs and is now conducting a follow-up survey that asks practitioners and academics to identify and prioritize research interests and potential research projects.

You can complete the survey at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ZLPWTKP
